What’s new

September 26, 2022

The Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec reminds businesses and public bodies of the coming into force, today, September 22, of certain provisions of the Act to modernize legislative provisions relating to the protection of personal information in the private sector, also known as Bill 25. This reform modernizes the rules protecting personal information in Quebec so that it is better adapted to the new challenges posed by the current digital and technological environment.

You can have a look at our new policy Politique de protection des renseignements personnels.

Throughout the year, training on the main issues covered by Law 25 will be deployed to all CGTSIM staff.
